As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in Summit, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
