Position Overview Phlebotomist - Little Rock, TX (72205)Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm (additional hours or rotating Saturdays may be required as needed).
Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications 1 or more years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical/hospital environment.
Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
