What you’ll do as a home health LVN

As a home health LVN, you visit patients across the Granbury area and deliver hands‑on care under an RN’s direction. Typically, your day includes:

Taking vital signs and monitoring patient progress

Administering medications and treatments

Providing wound care and other skilled tasks

Teaching patients and families about their care

Documenting each visit accurately and on time

What we’re looking for

First, you need an active Texas LVN license. In addition, we look for the following:

At least one year of nursing experience (home health is a plus)

A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
