Housekeeping & Laundry - Housekeeper I

Join Our Team at Family Services of Central MA as a Homemaker!
As a Homemaker, you will help individuals live comfortably and independently by providing a variety of services under the direction of a field supervisor.
Assist with shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
Clean the kitchen, bathroom, and change beds
Handle laundry and dishwashing
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation for frequent travel
Completion of Homemaker Orientation training (3 hours) upon hire
Completion of 37-hour Homemaker training program within 6 months
Ongoing state-required staff development training (6 hours per year)
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
A passion for helping individuals with disabilities
