Prep/Full or Part Time

Description

The PREP COOK is responsible for supporting the kitchen by preparing food prior to the cooking stage for Island View Casino's restaurants by properly measureing, portioning, and preparing a variet of food items on menus as well as basic prep cooking such as baking, frying, saut• ing and steaming associated with food prep, etc. Must have a demonstrated ability to operate most commercial kitchen equipment, have knowledge of quality food, food preparation, food preservation, be able produce food orders in a commercial or professional kitchen.

Position Requirements
Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of culinary experience
