Job Description You'll work directly alongside a top-performing Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relationships, business operations, leadership, and agency growth. You'll learn what it actually takes to build a pipeline of clients and drive growth in the Agency.

Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
