Responsibilities:

Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items.

Ability to operate kitchen equipment.

Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table.

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.

Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests.

Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).

Requirements:

We are looking for, at least, 1 year of pizza making experience. Only apply if you have met this requirement and are prepared to make pizza at your interview.

Open availability.

Experience with deck ovens & wood pizza peel preferred.

Slap/stretch dough & prepare pizzas.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Coachable and Team-Oriented.

Ability to work through rush hours without a break.
