Looking for a Certified Medical Receptionist with compassionate positive attitude to join our practice. If you are a dedicated and hard working Delaware Valley Medical and Wellness Center is the place for you!!
Full Time receptionist position available for busy Family Practice. Job tasks include:
welcoming patients to the practice
answers telephones, takes messages, and routes calls appropriately
managing medical records
keeping patient paperwork organized in work flow
obtaining referrals
submitting authorizations
scanning documents
send and obtain medical records as needed
and assisting with other job functions as necessary
This full-time position offers no weekends or holidays and paid time off. Hours are 11am-7pm Monday through Wednesday, 9am - 5pm Thursday, and 8am-1pm on Fridays.
Must have experience working in a physician office
