Head of Project Management

The Project Manager, Campaigns & Operations will own the end‑to‑end project management for select campaigns and initiatives at Entreprenista, from Founders Weekend and the Entreprenista 100 awards to product launches, partnership activations, and seasonal content pushes. The right person is deadline‑obsessed, a proactive communicator, and thrives building order inside a fast‑scaling team.

Campaign & Launch Project Management

Own the end‑to‑end project management for all major campaigns and initiatives: Founders Weekend, Entreprenista 100, membership product launches, partnership campaigns, and seasonal content pushes.

Build and manage the master campaign calendar so the full team has visibility into what’s launching, when, and who is responsible.

Flag risks early, elevate blockers immediately, and drive solutions instead of simply reporting problems.

Own and manage Entreprenista’s ClickUp workspace as the single source of truth for all projects and tasks across the company.

Create standardized project templates for repeatable campaigns and launches to avoid reinventing the wheel.

Design dashboards and reporting views that give leadership real‑time visibility into project health, team capacity, and upcoming deadlines.

Work across marketing, partnerships, membership, events, and growth to keep the team in sync.

Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives when the team is at capacity, helping to say no (or not yet) when needed.

Support event logistics project management for Founders Weekend and other flagship events, tracking every deliverable, vendor timeline, and internal task.

Identify bottlenecks and recurring issues in the team’s workflow and propose permanent solutions.

Proven project management experience across multiple simultaneous projects - ideally 3-5+ years at a digital media company, agency, startup, or membership/community business. You have managed multiple complex projects at once with nothing dropping.

You have built workspaces, automations, dashboards, and templates, and managing ClickUp for a team of 10+ is a plus.

PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications.

HubSpot, Samcart, ClickUp, Stripe, Klaviyo, Webflow, Circle, Slack, Zapier.

Background in event production or event project management.

Experience building SOPs and operational documentation from scratch.

Familiarity with AI‑powered project management tools and workflow automations.

Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and founders.
