Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You’ll manage a reasonable caseload, document in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, independence, and quality of life.
