Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
Provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes
Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety modifications
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Competitive PRN compensation

Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist license required
Home health experience preferred
