Registered Nurse Travel Pool - Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER), travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours. Weekly pay: $1,896–$2,025 per week. Work setting: hospital-based ER.

• Contract duration: Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours
• ER in a hospital environment
• Float Pool policy: unit-based clock-in required for Float Pool assignments

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in care planning and delivery.
• Monitor patient status, document care, and adjust plans as needed; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, patient safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Clock in to the unit being worked when assigned as Float Pool staff, per policy.

Ability to provide ER nursing care and coordinate a patient care plan

• Capability to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff across shifts
• Availability to work night shift (3x12 hours) on an assignment basis
• Ability to work in a hospital ER setting
• Willingness to follow Float Pool clock-in procedures and unit-specific requirements
