Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Join BJC Medical Group , a premier physician-led organization, as a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician in a well-established outpatient clinic in Festus, Missouri —just 30 minutes from St. This is a prime opportunity for new grads and early-career physicians to launch early with confidence , step into a large, established patient panel (~3,800 patients) , and receive built-in mentorship from a tenured physician nearing retirement .

- ✅ Immediate patient panel (~3,800 patients) – no slow ramp-up
- ✅ New grads (PGY-3 residents)
- Early-career physicians
- Physicians coming off a guarantee seeking stability and volume
- ✅ Outpatient-only Family Medicine
- Collaborative care model with 3 APPs + experienced physician team
- Epic EMR with AI tools (Abridge, AI charting, In Basket support)
- On-site lab + cardiology access
- Coordinated behavioral health referral pathways
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Telemedicine available
- Minimal phone/ call requirement (≈1 week/year, unlikely to be called)
- Signing Bonus for practicing physicians
Commencement Bonus for resident physicians
Up to 10% quality bonus once transitioned to wRVU productivity model
Full benefits + retirement (401k, Roth, 457b)
PTO: 20 days + 6 holidays + 5 CME days
