Head of Recruiting & HR

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Cordova, TN. This onsite role is ideal for a hands-on human resources professional who enjoys high-volume recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and supporting a fast-moving operational environment.

The HR Manager will play a key role in building strong teams, improving HR processes, and supporting employees and leadership across the organization. Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and new hire processes to support a positive employee experience.
• Manage personnel matters, employee relations, documentation, and disciplinary actions in a professional and compliant manner.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, internal communication, and workforce coordination for a 24/7 business environment.
• Use Microsoft Office tools, social media, and internal communication platforms to support recruiting and HR functions.
• Assist with additional HR projects, process improvements, and administrative responsibilities as the role expands.

Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.

• Standard office hours are 8am to 6pm, approximately 50 hours per week.
• Flexibility required for occasional weekends or after-hours support due to 24/7 operations.

Manage high-volume recruiting, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline activity.

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, personnel management, and employee relations processes.
• Support disciplinary actions, HR documentation, and internal communication needs.
• Partner with leadership on day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
• 6 to 10 years of human resources experience preferred for this HR Manager role.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and personnel management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office Suite, social media, and internal communication tools.
• Experience supporting HR needs in a 24/7 operation or high-volume staffing environment.
• Background in security, surveillance, field operations, service operations, or a similar fast-paced industry.
