Job Responsibilities

Perform focused reassessments and raise concerns through appropriate clinical channels.

Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated.

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.

Work 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts.

Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
