32.00 - $45.75 per hour.

Qualities That Set You Apart

Previous CCRC or long-term care experience
Fostering positivity and actively engage in daily problem-solving
Possess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN license for the state of Oregon.

• Must meet required training outlined in regulations.
• At least one year of clinical experience in long term care preferred.
• Visual, auditory acuity, and dexterity of hands and fingers within normal limits.
• Assist in evacuation of residents during emergencies.
• Ability to safely move frequently during workday, including carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, bending reaching, and kneeling.
• May be subject to odors and exposure to infectious waste and diseases.
• Capable of transferring residents, according to care plan.
• Must be able to safely use all assisted devices as care planned.
