Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Evening and Evening Flex

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' quality of life by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and facilitating community involvement. Responsibilities

Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living tasks

Support clients in community participation and social activities to promote inclusion

Implement individualized care plans and accurately document client progress

Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare teams

Maintain professionalism and adhere to Creed Medical policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional or in caregiving preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
