Our Stewards are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our kitchens and restaurant kitchenware. The Steward also assists with organizing and cleaning storage areas, as well as preparing for food service. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
