Our fee-for-service (FFS) general dental practice is searching for a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our positive, team-oriented environment for 2-4 days per week—with flexible scheduling options!

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ Years of Experience as an RDH
- Registered Dental Hygienist Certification
- Radiology Certification
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Bethesda, MD 20815 before starting.
Job Description What You’ll Do:
- Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
- Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care.
- Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners.
- Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health.
- Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.
- Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records.
- Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patients needs.
- Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care.
