Cantina Catrina PositionEnsure that guests are seated at tables that are always clean and properly mounted, in the shortest possible time. Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking if applicable to location. Work with the server and the host/hostess to ensure that the guest receives excellent service.
