Restaurant Line Cooks

Compensation: $19-$20 per hour (training pay $18/hr.)

About the Role As a Line Cook, you\'ll be an integral part of our culinary team, working alongside our chefs to cook and serve delicious food. You\'ll become proficient in our recipes and processes, serving as a reliable resource for both our team and our guests.

Responsibilities Prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using our recipes as a guide and your tastebuds as validation.

Learn and work across different kitchen stations, enhancing your skills each day.

Support the team during all service times, helping out as needed.

Handle multiple tasks in the kitchen, standing and moving for extended periods.

Uphold Naked Farmer\'s food safety and cleanliness standards.

Meticulously handle, prepare, and produce food while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness.

Operate with a sense of urgency, dedication, and precision to deliver consistently high-quality food in our fast-paced culinary environment.

Qualifications A passion for real, good food and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.

Ability to meet the job\'s physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.

Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on supporting the restaurant\'s overall success.

With a commitment to becoming 100% locally-sourced, we are now embarking on an expansion phase, opening new locations and furthering our mission of transparency in sourcing and cooking while supporting local farmers, communities, and chefs. Currently operating six restaurants in Tampa Bay and South Florida, we are in the process of adding six more across the state over the next 18 months.
