PTA Rehab Services

As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

You will be expected to consistently meet patient care productivity standards, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and promote a positive customer service environment.

Evaluates effectiveness of treatment and reports to the Physical Therapist.Assists the Physical Therapist with written treatment programs based on evaluations, diagnosis and age-related policies.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License

Clinical experience in dealing with a broad base rehabilitation facility
