As our Registered Nurse, you will work with our Behavioral Health Team providing nursing assessment and case management. You will support complex care for patients, engage in client advocacy and contribute to the plan of care that helps clients to reach healthy outcomes.

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?
Work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI's, etc.
Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
Triage any walk-in patients.
Build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Active Colorado RN license.
Desire to work the full scope of your RN license.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced clinic.

Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
