With your high energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, leading a team of dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment. Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
Follow up on guest complaints/requests
Assist in training, coaching and development of team members
2 years prior housekeeping experience
Read, write and speak English fluently
The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
