Our client, a growing litigation-focused law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability practice group in West Palm Beach, Florida. This attorney will represent healthcare providers in civil litigation matters and assist with regulatory and licensing matters involving healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience defending medical malpractice, professional liability, or related healthcare matters and will be comfortable managing cases, developing strategy, communicating with clients, and collaborating with experienced litigators.

Represent healthcare providers in medical malpractice and professional liability matters

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence

Assist with case strategy, evaluation, and litigation planning

Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters

3+ years of experience handling medical malpractice, professional liability, healthcare litigation, or related defense matters

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and advocacy skills
