DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All Paradies Lagardre positions, including the Bartender, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members at all times. Treat guest and peers in accordance with the core values of the company and FEAST (Food, Excellence, Attitude, Service, Team)

Present the menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu, it's ingredients, flavor profiles, portion sizes, and preparation methods.

Process all point of sale transactions in a quick, efficient manner while complying with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.

Know all specials on a shift by shift basis as well as all liquor, beer, and wine products, and all menu items and desserts.

Build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through the use of available training materials.

As a server, we expect that you assume the role of a salesperson with a commitment to upsell, increase check average, compete in sales incentives, and promote the brand.

Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.

Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS: 1-year experience serving required. High School diploma or GED. Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures. Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgement when dealing with customers and peers. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment. Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English. Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English. Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
