Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

For our client, we are seeking a US HCP Omnichannel Marketing Director, Obesity and Related Conditions to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of integrated HCP omnichannel marketing for obesity and related conditions, with a focus on building connected experiences across media, CRM, web, and content. The role will drive differentiated engagement for both called and non-called audiences, while advancing personalization, AI-enabled capabilities, and performance measurement to support commercial growth. This person will also partner closely across cross-functional teams and help build a high-performing omnichannel marketing organization.

Establish measurement frameworks for performance-driven decision making

Build and develop a high-performing omnichannel marketing team

Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing experience, or Master's with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 9 years of experience

Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing and customer journey strategy

Proven success in digital transformation and commercial growth initiatives

Experience managing significant media investments and engagement programs
