Real Estate Receptionist - Full Time

Our client has been operating in Portland with the same local owner since 1959, that’s over 55 years of real estate experience. In that time, they’ve created a tradition of having some of the most affordable apartments, townhouses, office space, retail space, and industrial space in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area.

Compensation: $22/hr
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Answer phones, route calls, manage voicemail and holiday greetings
Scan/download documents received from clients and file appropriately
Ensure a clean office environment with light cleaning when necessary
Maintain office/break room supply inventory through replenishment orders
Ability to troubleshoot new problems and provide assistance to our clients and team members
Willingness to take on additional tasks and projects
Higher-level experience with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook desired
