Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Location: Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab – Westland, MI

Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Westland, MI. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care.

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals

Provide hands-on, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence, safety, and daily functioning

Monitor resident progress, update goals, and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support continued progress

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Michigan

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
