Senior Immigration Paralegal Position Fluent in Spanish We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal (3+ years of experience) to join our legal team.
The Immigration Paralegal will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases.
Responsibilities Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues
Assist with client communications and document requests, including drafting correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and preparing legal forms and documents
Coordinate with outside parties, including government agencies, clients, and other law firms, as needed
Qualifications 3+ Years of Experience Working as a Senior Paralegal in an Immigration Law Office
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Fluency in Spanish required
