Occupational Therapist - Oncology Rehab

The Lymphedema Occupational Therapist provides outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, oncology, chronic conditions, and lymphedema. At Carolinas Rehabilitation, this role conducts evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and helps patients improve functional independence and manage edema. The therapist documents care, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, educates patients and caregivers, and may provide clinical leadership and mentoring as experience allows.
