Counselor (Full or Part Time)

10/hr - For High School Students

$10.5/hr - For High School Graduates

Direct deposit required.

Full‑time and part‑time positions available.

Hourly position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule – camps are open 7 days/week, 5:50 am to 8:00 pm. Weekend and holiday work is required, but time off is permitted with two weeks advance notice.

Camp Bow Wow Pearland is an independently owned and operated Camp Bow Wow franchise. If you receive an offer for this position, you will be an employee of Steza Operating LLC and not Camp Bow Wow Franchising, Inc.

A Camp Counselor assists with animal care, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring.

Love dogs.

Monitor dogs in the play yard.

Constantly walk and interact with dogs and team members.

Provide excellent customer service.

Check in and out dogs.

Remain active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times.

Perform other duties as determined important to the operations of Camp Bow Wow Pearland, TX by the Franchise Owner

Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills.

Love dogs – the noise, the hair, the messes, the smiles.

At least 18 years or older.

Be able to lift dog food and supplies.

Constantly walk and/or stand entire shift.

Salary: $10/hr for high school students, $10.5/hr for high school graduates
