In this role you will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/software and related infrastructure. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and follows a hybrid work schedule.

**Occasional travel to data centre, needs to be located in greater Phoenix area

Daily system administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft server,enterprise storage, VM infrastructures, and Office 365

Perform root-cause analysis on recurring problems. Responsible for escalating, as necessary, to internal and/or external support resources while retaining ownership for driving to final resolution

Research, analysis, selection and procurement of solutions, equipment, and software

Manage projects related to implementation of new solutions and upgrades of existing solutions

Periodic reporting to support capacity planning, performance measuring/tuning, and compliance

Maintain, test, and enforce corporate-wide hardware and software standards

After hours support as needed to sustain systems and service levels

Resolve escalations from the Service Desk related to systems issues

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience

Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills by providing accurate information, and responding to requests on a timely basis

Strong aptitude for documenting solutions, procedures, and processes
