PRN Caregiver - NOC Shift

Role: Caregiver - PRN

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Floater Caregiver to join our team. This role provides coverage for scheduled shifts, call-offs, vacations, and increased client needs across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with toileting and personal care
• Medication reminders as directed
• Monitoring client safety and well-being throughout the night
• Assisting with repositioning and mobility
• Responding to client needs promptly
• Preparing light snacks or beverages if needed
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Providing companionship and reassurance
• Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the office

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate and dependable with a heart for serving others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
