Customs Entry Writer | Customs Brokerage | Import Operations | CargoWise LOGISTEED America is seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our Customs Brokerage team in Monterey Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in customs clearance, import documentation, Customs Brokerage, ISF filing, freight forwarding, and international logistics operations .

Review shipping documents for compliance with customs regulations

• ??? Coordinate with importers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and other service providers
• ??? Customs regulations and international trade requirements
• ??? Maintain accurate shipment records and customer documentation
• ??? Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the import process
• ??? Experience using CargoWise software

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Freight Forwarding experience

• Import Operations experience
• International Logistics experience
• Customer service and account management experience
• Customer-focused mindset

• ??? Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• ??? 21.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
