Flexible Scheduling
Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide speech therapy evaluation and treatment services to clients ages 0-21 years as prescribed by a physician. Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for clients and families.
Evaluate clients using appropriate testing protocols, tools, as well as other means, to follow funding guidelines for each particular client.
Provide therapy services to clients based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and prescriptions, and/or funding source approvals.
Provide therapy services in a variety of settings including home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinic, community, as well as other settings.
Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes.
Is available to provide speech therapy services, attend meetings and conferences, and other related duties during the days and hours stipulated in the Team Member Handbook and Therapist Supplement.
Respond positively to feedback concerning job performance.
Demonstrate continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application.

Computer skills which includes a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
Current, unrestricted speech therapist license as approved by the team member's state licensing board.
If the team member is working at a Farm location, they must be comfortable around standard farm animals, including minimal allergies to touching, smelling, feeding, and engaging with animals.
