Must-Have:

• Experience in oncology, including mixed solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplant, and cellular therapies.
• Experience caring for primary diagnoses including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and solid tumors.
• Proficiency with administration of cellular products and involvement in clinical trials.
• Familiarity with telemonitoring, patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pumps, blood warmers, bladder scans, and Baxter pumps.

Description:
This position may require floating to other oncology units.
The unit consists of three pods with ten beds in each pod.
Staffing ratios are typically 1:3 to 1:4.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in oncology nursing.
Preferred candidates should have a solid understanding of the care protocols associated with oncology patients.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role.
Candidate flexibility is required for rotation across various oncology specialties.
