Shift:
Assists physicians and advanced providers during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Recognizes and responds appropriately to changes in patient health status. Collaborates and communicates effectively with the patient and interprofessional team to ensure quality and continuity of care. Documents nursing care accurately and completely. Assesses and documents patient health data systematically. Establishes nursing diagnoses based on assessment data. Plans and implements individualized nursing interventions. Evaluates outcomes of nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft® Word and the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs

• Experience in critical care environments such as ICU, CCU, PCU, PACU, or similar settings is [Preferred]
• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic documentation is [Preferred]

Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• 1+ years acute care nursing experience [Required]
• 2+ years endoscopy experience [Preferred]

CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) Upon Hire Preferred
