Proof is a leading nationwide legal services company. We connect independent process servers with firms and individuals seeking their services.
Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Claim the work you want to complete and track your earnings using an industry-leading mobile app. Location: Set your own service area and claim jobs via the Proof app.
Technology: Use our app to accept work, track your earnings, and live chat with clients and Proof representatives.
You can apply to join the network as an independent Process Server directly on the Proof website or Mobile App. Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
