Clinical Nurse Educator

Reporting to Director of Education, the Clinical Educator works with the team to provide high quality and evidenced base practice to all clinical and non-clinical staff at Corona Regional Medical Center. This role includes policy and procedure development, implementation of new skills, equipment, and processes. Conducts training for Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshop, CNA Workshops, Orientation and New to Specialty Programs. Educator attends Departmental meetings as needed. Coordinates with various clinical departments and manages projects as needed.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Five years of full-time experience as a licensed Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a hospital setting. Five years of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in the acute care setting.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION BSN Required Master's Degree Preferred
