ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE HOURLY
$29 - $31 per hourmanpowe
Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. Pay Range: $29 to $31 per hour
Shift: Mon-Thur, 6am-4pm (days off Friday-Sunday)
Contract Type: Temporary
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical components, including transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers, to ensure functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using advanced testing equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the placement of wiring and equipment.
Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
Experience with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Potential for contract-to-hire employment with a reputable organization.
Engagement in meaningful projects within a pharmaceutical organization managing multiple buildings.
