Bethesda HousekeeperJob Summary: Keep assigned areas clean, sanitized, and aseptic by scrubbing, mopping, spot cleaning window washing, carpet vacuuming, dusting, and other typical housekeeping tasks. Keep workstations carts and supply areas clean and well stocked.Job Relationships:Reports to: Environmental Services Supervisor.Internal Contacts: Nursing Staff, Maintenance, and Residents and Scheduling.External Contacts: Residents, family, and friends.Hours of Work: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Every other Weekend and Every other holiday. Part-time and full-time hours available.Dress Code: Clean, fitted scrubs in solid colors or simple patterns. Bethesda shirts. Black, khaki, or jeans with no holes or rips. Footwear: Closed-toe, comfortable, slip-resistant shoes. Hair and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, oral hygiene and deodorant. Neatly tied back if long. Identification: Visible name badge, worn on chest area. PPE: Compliance with facility guidelines for masks, gloves, goggles, etc. if applicable. Piercings: Covered or removed if posing infection or safety risk. Tattoos: Covered if unprofessional or offensive.
