Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Physician to join our expanding department. In this role you will collaborate with a supportive administrative and clinical team, participate in a team‑based care practice model that includes collaboration with our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Collaborate with APPs and other team members to deliver high‑quality care.

Engage in continuous quality improvement and evidence‑based practice.

Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Physician.

220,000 – $350,000, determined by years of experience, individual performance, quality measures, and location.

Complete administrative and care management support

Supportive administrative and clinical team

Team‑based care practice model with collaboration with APPs
