Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve

Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Compensation for this position is established by the applicable union collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The hourly rate is $20.55 for individuals with less than one year of relevant experience and $21.65 for those with one or more years
