Project Manager | Colorado Springs, CO Following continued growth across Colorado, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established commercial general contractor headquartered in Colorado Springs. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects throughout Colorado, the company specialises in a variety of Commercial Markets. Known for it's client-focused approach and strong relationships, the business has built a loyal repeat client base and continues to secure an exciting pipeline of work across the region.
The Role Join an experienced team delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects across Colorado. You'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing strong client and stakeholder relationships while driving successful outcomes across schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
This is an opportunity to work within a respected regional contractor where you'll have direct access to leadership, genuine autonomy, and clear opportunities to progress your career as the company continues to grow.
Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects.
Experience across healthcare, education, office, hospitality, retail, senior living, or mixed-use projects preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Based in Colorado, or willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs area.
