Buyer - Manufacturing and Supply Chain Purchasing

This opportunity is with a market-leading, global industrial manufacturing company.
Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing plans with business needs.
Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement processes.

A successful Buyer should have:
Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar field within manufacturing (preferred).
Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Knowledge of procurement software or tools is a plus.
