RN Registered Nurse - Full/Part Time & PRN
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and those requiring long‑term care.

Position Types: Full & Part Time Positions Available; PRN Available with Experience.

Sign‑On Bonuses: $9,000 for Full Time, $4,500 for Part Time. Shift Differential & Weekend Differential Rates. Premium Wages.

Responsibilities

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes, analyze data.

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care plans.

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse.

Clear background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Professionally & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
