Full-Time Attorney

Job Description Direct Counsel has partnered with a rapidly growing law firm in California that specializes in complex litigation, including consumer and employment class and representative actions, who is seeking qualified attorneys to join their expanding team in their Glendale office . This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with an established firm in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries.

Licensed to practice law in California.

At least 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions preferred.

Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation preferred.

Candidates must be able to travel occasionally.
