We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager I to lead our night warehouse operations — ensuring our orders are picked, loaded, and delivered accurately, efficiently, and safely.As the Warehouse Manager I, you'll oversee our night warehouse team, including supervisors, leads, clerks, and warehouse associates. You'll drive performance and accountability, maintain safety and quality standards, and foster a positive team environment focused on operational success.Shift: 4pm until completeMonday through Thursday, on-site - 4 day work week!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the night shift warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.Oversee nightly order selection, truck loading, and preparation for delivery to ensure on-time and complete shipments.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Monitor key performance indicators and partner with day shift leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent performance.Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workflow to meet nightly operational demands.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Partner with other departments including Delivery and Inventory Control to align operations and resolve issues quickly.What We're Looking For2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience; experience managing night shift preferred.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.Flexibility to work overnight hours and additional shifts as needed.
