As a senior Test Automation Software Engineer – Level 5 located in Morrisville, NC , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Analyses are performed at all levels of total system products to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Maintain existing operations procedures and keep up to date to include lessons learned from real-time performance.

Interface with program and customer personnel.

Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience – OR – Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience – OR – PhD with 8 years of relevant experience. Government DoD Top-Secret ( TS )/Sensitive Compartmented Information ( SCI ) clearance [ TS/SCI ] current and within scope, at time of application , with the ability to reasonably succeed a counterintelligence polygraph

Experience working in a software Agile delivery framework leading cross-functional teams.

Experience converting technical and business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.

Experience in the use of Python software language

Experience with one or more of the following Test automation frameworks and tools: Experience with CI/CD orchestration utilizing Jenkins and GitLab

Experience in the use of Java, C, or C++ software languages

Have current read on to program for immediate program access

Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Agile Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certifications
